We thought that it would be opportunistic to put forward for consideration a proposal for your apparel and merchandise tender for the next 3 years. We are well aware that you will have or had previous agreements in place and they may suffice the 2020 season, but should you be looking forward then we want to be at the top of your list to consider. The opportunity for TNF to at least put forward a tender document is based on the relationships that our CEO and Owner has with one of your stars James Crosthwaite, which has already led to the successful design, creation and delivery of the traditional club caps.

All of the information in this proposal is purely a starting position, an awareness piece for you to consider and we welcome questions as you see fit. In these uncertain times that we face we appreciate that you have ‘no idea’ like us on what the 2021 season may look like, but we are here to support you every step of the way.

Tails Never Fails (TNF) is a specialist in producing cricket apparel and merchandise since 2011 for clubs/schools and associations. TNF specialises in creating customised products for you. We embrace your design needs including colours, names, numbers, sponsors - in short, we make your product look amazing for you! Our design team are well versed in being able to take your ideas and make them a reality.

We are resource and process driven; communication focused; and are always ensuring that our pricing is relevant to our quality of products that we believe are unparalleled in this competitive environment. You will see here in this proposal for tender that we have gone further than anyone else would. This is just an example of the lengths we go to for our community and making sure that the relationships we are in are successful for all involved. We welcome and look forward to conversing what the club may see as ‘non-negotiables’ along with the ‘like to have’ aspects of the relationship.

Your existing supplier may not (generally) be able to offer all that TNF can. Customised caps (as you have done already - BINGO!); bags; stumps; practice balls; socks; baseball mits; etc. the list goes on. We are a cricket company that supplies clubs with what they need. One person to contact. One company to pay. The one stop business is what we have created because we are cricket people with much experience at club level. We still play. We still act on committee’s at our clubs. We coach our clubs. We are involved in our local cricket community. We truly do love what we do.

WHAT WE DO

INITIAL TENDER SCHEDULE

We are very open about having a 6 week production timeline from time of order, so being organised and ordering accordingly is essential. Below is our ideal schedule to get your apparel done and in your hands for the 2021 season.

October/November

• TNF Cricket to present to the committee the proposal for 2021-2023, including customised CCC made samples of products to consider

• Camberley Cricket Club confirm to make Tails Never Fails the preferred supplier of the club for the next three years.

November

• Camberley Cricket Club to confirm pre season range of products

December

• Camberley Online Store for pre season products to go LIVE for all orders

• Club orders are placed with TNF for production.

January

• Delivery of initial pre season orders delivered to the club for orders placed via the online store

January/ February 2021

• Camberley Cricket Club to confirm on-field products for 2021

• Online store goes live for members and supporters to purchase their season apparel needs.January/ February 2021

March/April 2021

• Any secondary orders required are placed with TNF and put into production

• Monthly & Weekly awards implemented by Camberley Cricket Club across Junior & Senior Sections

April/May

• £250 value CRICKET BAT is drawn and won by a lucky player to use at TNF CRICKET on gear needed

• Final delivery of products made by TNF to the Camberley Cricket Club

1. We do NOT do stock products or stock designs. All of your range should be and will be customised with your very own designs with TNF.

2. Our timelines are more flexible than others. We pride ourselves on an improved, efficient and timely process from design through to delivery.

3. We are very transparent in where we are at with each and every order. You work with TNF UK’s very own Will Taylor and owner of TNF Michael Sheedy to help you through the super busy period of pre-season ordering and delivery.

4. We do NOT charge for logos, designs, names, numbers, sponsors. There are NO hidden costs.

5. We can build you your very own online shop for the club. Get your junior parents and senior players plus officials and members to jump online and purchase their needs. You do NOT have to worry about collating orders for over 100 playing members. The hassle is mostly taken away from your volunteers. This then leads to a HUGE reduction in club costs year on year.

6. We will LOCK in 3 years worth of pricing NOW. NO changes for the 3 years of this tender.

BENEFITS OF YOUR ONLINE STORE

💥 You tell us what you want to sell products for. We provide you with a price and you have the opportunity to put a small rebate on each product.

💥 You will work with us to check and sign off on ALL orders before production.

💥 Receive the rebate the moment the order is finalised and placed with our supplier.

💥 You can have the players/parents put in their names for customisation so you cut out the logistics of collating and mistakes.

💥 You can place all your club orders online with a checkout code and we will invoice you accordingly for that club order.

💥 You DO NOT have to make big club purchases. Let the online store do what it is set up to do.
