INITIAL TENDER SCHEDULE

We are very open about having a 6 week production timeline from time of order, so being organised and ordering accordingly is essential. Below is an example of an ideal schedule to get your teamwear done and in your hands for the 2023 season.

December 2022

  • Chingford Cricket Club to confirm final required range of products.

  • Chingford Cricket Club agree date with TNF for online store to open and close to enable members to make purchases (e.g. January 10th - January 31st).

January 2023

  • Chingford Cricket Club online store goes live for players, members and supporters to purchase their season teamwear needs.

  • TNF provide update on orders to enable the club to remind members and players to purchase their season apparel needs before the store closing date.

February 2023

  • Online store closes - Chingford Cricket Club confirm final order is correct and ready for production and in line with orders placed as well as confirming any additional club orders.

April 2023

  • To celebrate the launch of our partnership, one lucky customer will be drawn and win a £250 voucher to use at tnfcricket.co.uk on any gear they may require (this excludes club apparel).

  • Final delivery of products made by TNF to Chingford Cricket Club.

  3. We are very transparent in where we are at with each and every order. TNF UK’s Will Taylor will help you through every step of the busy pre-season period of ordering and delivery of teamwear.

  4. We do not charge for additional logos, designs, names, numbers, sponsors. There are NO hidden costs.

  5. We can build you your very own online shop for the club. Get your junior parents and senior players, plus officials and members, to jump online and purchase what they require. You do not have to worry about collating orders for over 100 playing members. The hassle is mostly taken away from your volunteers, leading to a huge reduction in club costs year on year.

💥 You tell us what you want to sell products for. We provide you with a price and you have the opportunity to put a small rebate on each product.

💥 You will work with us to check and sign off on all orders before production.

💥 Receive the rebate the moment the order is finalised and placed with our supplier.

💥 You can have the players/parents put in their names for customisation so you cut out the logistics of collating and mistakes.

💥 You can place all your club orders online with a checkout code and we will invoice you accordingly for that club order.

💥 You do not have to make big club purchases. Let the online store do what it is set up to do.

OUR EXPERIENCE

The key to a new range with TNF Cricket is to be concise on products. In our experience, sharing similar designed products between seniors and juniors is very important. Of course your sponsorship logos may vary, but the consistency across designs will make it a lot easier to continue to create the best club culture you can for everybody involved at Chingford.

Having a reversible jumper lends itself to the club playing red and white ball cricket, saving the players money in the process as they only have to buy one jumper and they are covered for all formats!

We understand that you are used to a drop shipping service currently. You order online, the supplier decorates and sends direct to the customer. There is no unique designs in this product. There is no consistency across the range, nor in the timelines. There is no excitement. TNF Cricket produce minimum quantities of 10 in your very own customised designs. No stock products.

Japan didn’t expect to make the Under 19 World Cup. When they did, the ICC put forward TNF Cricket as a possible supplier for them to contact. Within 8 weeks, we went from initial conversations to delivery of products just in time for the World Cup in South Africa.
