We thought that it would be opportunistic to put forward for consideration a proposal for your apparel and merchandise tender for the next 3 years. The relationship with TNF Director Michael and the club stems through Tom Milsom, where Michael has partnered up with Tom and is distributing his products out in Australia.

Tails Never Fails (TNF) is a specialist in producing cricket apparel and merchandise since 2011 for clubs/schools and associations and has now grown in to a fully fledged UK business based in Lincoln and of course in Melbourne, Australia. TNF specialises in creating customised products for you. We embrace your design needs including colours, names, numbers, sponsors - in short, we make your product look amazing for you! Our design team are well versed in being able to take your ideas and make them a reality.

We are resource and process driven; communication focused; and are always ensuring that our pricing is relevant to our quality of products that we believe are unparalleled in this competitive environment. You will see here in this proposal for tender that we have gone further than anyone else would. This is just an example of the lengths we go to for our community and making sure that the relationships we are in are successful for all involved. We welcome and look forward to conversing what the club may see as ‘non-negotiables’ along with the ‘like to have’ aspects of the relationship.

We are a cricket company that supplies clubs with what they need. One person to contact. One company to pay. The one stop business is what we have created because we are cricket people with much experience at club level. We still play. We still act on committee’s at our clubs. We coach our clubs. We are involved in our local cricket community. We truly do love what we do.

We appreciate that pricing is super important, but so is quality and sponsorship in other areas of the club. We firmly believe that TNF is offering a lot that is very unique and different to other suppliers that may wish to work with the club.

In the first year of the deal you will see that we have littered you with sponsorship opportunities that covers off on our best offer yet anywhere in the UK. Training Shirts and Vouchers, you will get it all. PLUS in years 2 and 3 we want to work on a sponsored value of £1,000 in cash or product in kind. We feel that this will round out a pretty compelling offer to be a valued partner of the club moving forward.

WHAT WE DO

INITIAL TENDER SCHEDULE

We are very open about having a 6 week production timeline from time of order, so being organised and ordering accordingly is essential. Below is our ideal schedule to get your apparel done and in your hands for the 2021 season.

December 2020

• Golden Hill Cricket Club to confirm final required range of products.

• Golden Club agree date with TNF for online store to open and close to enable members to make purchases (e.g. January 1st - February 28th).

January 1st 2021

• Golden Hill Cricket Club online store goes live for players, members and supporters to purchase their season apparel needs.

February 1st 2021

• TNF confirm orders placed to date to enable the club to remind members and players to purchase their season apparel needs before the closing date.

February 28th 2021

• Online store closes - Golden Hill Cricket Club confirm final order is correct and ready for production and in line with orders placed.

April 2021

• Final delivery of products made by TNF to Golden Hill Cricket Club.

5. We can build you your very own online shop for the club. Get your junior parents and senior players, plus officials and members, to jump online and purchase what they require. You do not have to worry about collating orders for over 100 + playing members. The hassle is mostly taken away from your volunteers, leading to a huge reduction in club costs year on year.

💥 You tell us what you want to sell products for. We provide you with a price and you have the opportunity to put a small rebate on each product.

💥 You will work with us to check and sign off on all orders before production.

💥 Receive the rebate the moment the order is finalised and placed with our supplier.

💥 You can have the players/parents put in their names for customisation so you cut out the logistics of collating and mistakes.

💥 You can place all your club orders online with a checkout code and we will invoice you accordingly for that club order.

OUR EXPERIENCE

The key to a new range with TNF Cricket is to be concise on products. In our experience, sharing similar designed products between Seniors and Juniors is very important. Absolutely you may have different sponsors across different products, but the consistency across designs will make it a lot easier to continue to create the best club culture in the Bristol and surrounding area.

Having a T20/Training shirt that is the same product is cost effective. It also means that every player in the club can feel apart of the group with their own name and number on the back. It also makes it easier for selection in those white ball games, because everyone has the right kit!

We understand that you are used to a drop shipping service currently. You order online, the supplier decorates and sends direct to the customer. There is no unique designs in this product. Their is no consistency across the range. There is no excitement. TNF Cricket is now able to produce minimum quantities of 10 in your very own customised designs. No stock products.

Absolutely the process will need education but the Golden Hill Cricket Club community will enjoy our product quality, design and customisation that will set the club apart from others.
